Campos football club of Owerri returned to winning ways as they came from behind to defeat Osun United 2-1 in match day 2 of the Nigerian National league at the Dan Anyiam stadium Owerri on Saturday 19th February the Statesman Newspaper reports.
The Owerri club side who lost 2-0 to Gateway united in their first league encounter returned to winning ways in their home match against Osun United.
Osun United took the league in the 20th minutes when Jeff headed home the opener.
Campos FC came back firing all cylinders in the second half and the effort paid off in the 55tg minutes when Nzubechi Ogbuehi slotted home a rebound shot.
Prince Okorie in the 87th minute slotted home a screamer to put the home side ahead.
Campos FC will now look to consolidate on this winning when they face Abeokuta stormers next Saturday.
