Collins Edwin emerged victorious with a 3-1 win over Alim City in their recent Nationwide League One match.
Following the game, Alim City’s defensive midfielder, Michael Odusanmi Sunday, shared his thoughts on the outcome in a post-match interview with Sports 247.

“I think the other side is a better side,” Sunday remarked, acknowledging the strength of Collins Edwin.
Despite the loss, he remained optimistic about his team’s potential for improvement, expressing his belief that they would perform better in future matches.
Regarding their expectations for the next game, Sunday maintained confidence in Alim City’s ability to bounce back.
“Well, I believe we’re going to have a victory,” he affirmed, highlighting their determination to make adjustments and perform better in their upcoming matches.
Reflecting on their performance in the current match, Sunday admitted that Alim City was not in top form.
“For today’s match, not really. We were not in top form; this is not our top form,” he conceded.
However, he remained hopeful that they would raise their game in the next encounter. “But I believe next game we are going to put on a good form,” Sunday concluded.
