Head coach of TradeSafe Sport Football Club, Ademola Adeshina has commended his player’s resilience and fighting spirits throughout their outings in the ongoing nationwide league one, NLO.
Adeshina whose team defeated Lekki United 2-1 earned them to top the table and booked a place in the playoff in which a winner in the playoffs would qualify for the Nigeria National League NNL.
Adeshina who was grateful to God for the successful NLO league season told Sports247 that the TradeSafe team proved the bookmakers wrong boasting that his team played well and deserved to qualify for the playoff.
“This is the best moment in my coaching career. When the league started some months ago nobody gave us chance but today we shamed our critics by not doing well alone in the league but qualified for the playoff,” Adeshina said.
Commenting on the league so far, Adeshina said all the teams gave their best but noted that discipline, teamwork, and hard work helped TradeSafe Sport to excel in the league.
“Our secret is that my players played to instructions and they were very disciplined on the field of play. Aside from this, hard work and teamwork really helped my boys to deliver the ticket for playoff and I believe that by the grace of God, we would get promotion to NNL,” he boasted.
Adeshina added that he would not forget the club chairman, Yinka Ahmed for his support of the club and promised to take the club to NNL.
