Trade Safe Sports FC of Lagos have gone on to win their first game of the Nationwide League One campaign against First Bank FC of Lagos.
The side tutored by Ademola Adesina who happened to be the former player of first bank FC and also had a former teammate as the new coach earned all three points after a good display.
“I feel great (beating my former club) because the coach in First bank FC presently was a teammate of mine in First Bank FC back in 2003 so I’m very excited,” coach Ademola said to Sports247.
“I knew that we were going to come out victorious today and I also told my boys and the president of the club also. I’m actually overwhelmed by the win though,” he added.
