General Manager of Collins Edwin Football Club, Uche Jay Ugwu says First Bank must fall when both teams clash on Friday afternoon in the ongoing nationwide league one, NLO.
The match would hold at the legacy pitch of the national stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Speaking ahead of the Friday encounter, Ugwu boasted that his players are in the best form of their lives and warned their opponents to forget the victory.
He admitted that their match against First Bank would be tough but insisted that First Bank would fall.
“The league is almost finished but unfortunately we are not on top of the table. I have told my players and coaching crew to win their remaining matches. Our match against First Bank is must win for us because we want to play for pride,” he said
Ugwu added that new players would be introduced against First Bank and noted that most of the players on the bench would be on duty on Friday’s game.
“My coaches would give some young players a chance to be on duty. Like I said before, we are not losing the match but I have charged my players to go all out for victory against their opponents,” he said.
