“We lost the match, because of what? I don’t know really because everything we saw happens in this match we talked about it last night before we slept. This morning we discussed the match again, I don’t know the problem with the players, that’s the thing,” explained a very angry coach Dosu David of Messiah FC to Sports247.
In a game where they hoped to pick up a win to improve their position on the league standings, Messiah FC conceded their third loss of the Nationwide League One season, Ikenne Centre, and Tradesafe Sports FC defeated them 2-1.
The coach was also quick to throw everything out to chance when asked if his team still had a chance of winning the group. “In my opinion, the zone is open for everybody. We’ve lost three matches now but let’s see,” Dosu said.
