Ademola Adesina, coach of Tradesafe Sports FC was not a happy man as his team lost 1-0 to Valiant FC in their second group game of the NLO. The coach whose side won their first game against First bank FC now found themselves with 3pts from 6 available points and the coach reflects on the performance of his boys as he spoke to Sports247.
“Today was somehow but the boys tried and I can’t really blame them. I have already forgotten about the game and I’m thinking about the next game already against Cincinnati FC which is my plan for now,” he said.
“Our opponents are a very good side, it’s not easy to play against a better side but we’re still grateful to God,” coach Ademola said as he praised his opponent’s quality.
“Our next game, I need the points badly because I’ve lost this second game and I didn’t plan to lose any game. But my plan is the next game, it’s very important to us,” Ademola said as he looked forward to his sides’ next match in the league.
He also expressly said on the management feelings about their results so far, “they will be happy because they know it’s not easy. This team is just a team of a weak before the competition so I don’t blame the boys. We brought them together just a week before the NLO kickoff. They’re trying their best and the president of the club will understand. For now, I’ll just concentrate on the next game,” he said.
