The Experienced Gaffer while still speaking, was asked what motivated him to venture into Coaching, he admitted that it was due to the fact that he wanted to impact positively into the careers of younger players in the country, as well as bright football talents.
“I ventured into Coaching because I saw that I needed to impact on younger talents to help them achieve something. Because as a player, what you achieved, you always want to impact it on upcoming players. Some players have talents but don’t make use of it, but I always want to help such players, so that they don’t use their talents wrongly,” he emphasized.
Tela Tom-Dollar will hope to guide his team (SmartCity Fc) to achieving greater things when the NLO season commences in February.
