RE-KUN-KHALIFAT FC VS RIGHT 2 WIN FC
The Nationwide League One received the report of the above state match played on 30th March 2022 at Ngor-Okpala Stadium Imo State
The Match Official report with video evidence submitted was detailed enough for secretariat to take a decision.
FACTS OF THE INCIDENCE
• The Match Commissioner and the Centre Referee reported gross misconduct by the Coach of Right 2 Win which resulted in verbal caution in 21, 44″, and 68 mins of play, when a supporter of Right2win pelted the CR with a plastic bottle.
and the CR reported the incidence of one of his men, he boldly told the Centre Referee to do his worst. But the Centre Referee was mild in his reactions by continuing the game.
At 90 minutes when penalty was awarded against the away team, on signaling the infringement,
the entire bench of Right 2 Win FC invaded the field to attack the Centre Referee, this incidence resulted into a free for all fight because the Police personnel and stadium security moved in to protect the match officials.
This act by the bench of Right 2 Win brought the game to an abrupt end as at 1-1)
DISCIPLINARY DECISION ON VIOLENCE CONDUCT
In view of the obvious situation, the NLO will rely on the relevant aspect of the rules and regulations guiding the league in reaching the decisions below
Right 2 Win is hereby fined N20,000.00 for not attending the pre-match meeting as reported. (Art. 4.06…4)
The match is hereby awarded to Kun-Khalifat FC as clearly stated in NLO rules and Regulations by match officials (Article 4.13.1 and Article 4:07)
Right 2 Win FC shall pay a fine of N100,000.00 within the next 7 days (Art.4.13.3)
The following players and officials of Right 2 Win FC are hereby suspended indefinitely from all NLO matches and further communications shall be made to NFF for broader sanctions

The NLO believes these sanctioned players will not affect the team participation in the league since they officially registered 35 players for season.
Right 2 Win Football Club has 48 hours to appeal
this decision by protest to Nigeria football Federation, Deciplinary Committee if they feel they are not treated fairly.
Finally, the Nationwide league One Secretariat will not tolerate any act of indiscipline that can bring the game of football to disrepute.
