The Nationwide League One Secretariat received the match officials report of the above stated match.
The match was brought to an abrupt end due to unprofessional conduct of the Head Coach of OSOPADEC
The Head Coach called his players off the field of play because he didn’t agree with the decision of the Center Referee.
Sequel to above the Nationwide League One Secretariat hereby decides as follows:
1. The match is hereby awarded to FC Ebedei with 3 points and 3 goals. This decision is based on relevant article of the rules (Art.4.12: 4-5)
2. OSOPADEC FC is also fined the sum of Fifty Thousand Naira only (N50,000.), Which must be paid within 14 days from today 13th May 2022
3. The NLO will report the head Coach of OSOPADEC FC to his professional body to confirm if it’s part of their professional ethics to call players off the field when a coach disagrees with Referee decision.
4. The Embarrassment that Head Coach of OSOPADEC FC caused the league cannot be quantified because the match is been viewed all over the world including those talking to us to SPONSOR THE LEAGUE.
The Nationwide League One Secretariat will not condone any act of indiscipline that could bring the game to disrepute.
