The Nationwide League One Secretariat received the match officials report of the above stated match which was not played due to inadequate security personnel by the home team.
The NLO Secretariat investigated and discovered that non provision of Identifiable security personnel was not deliberate but due to force majeure.
Sequel to the investigation, the NLO Secretariat will reschedule the match based on the provisions of the rules and regulations, 4.04(6).
If a match fails to take place due to inadequate security, upon a written guarantee by the host FA, and the home club, the match shall be played the next day and all reasonable expenses in relation to the match officials and visiting team shall be borne by the home team.
The said match shall be replayed on Monday 23rd May, 2022.
Excellent FC Delta State shall pay the sum of N50,000.00 only to enable Koluama FC transport their players to Ughelli Delta State for the match.
