In a major leap for Nigerian athletics, rising sprint sensation Ajayi Kanyinsola has signed a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal with global sportswear giant Adidas.
The announcement comes just days after Kanyinsola clocked an electrifying 9.96 seconds in the men’s 100 meters, the second fastest time recorded globally this year.
Currently the Nigerian national champion in the 100m, Kanyinsola’s remarkable performances have captured international attention. The Auburn University standout has steadily built a reputation as one of the brightest young talents in track and field, and his latest exploits on the track have now earned him a major endorsement that could shape the next phase of his career.
