Okoro Henry George, President of the Nigerian Martial Arts Federation, expressed his delight as Nigeria showcased dominance in martial arts demonstrations at the All African Games. In an interview with Sports247, George attributed the success to meticulous preparation and dedication.

“Fantastic. It’s really amazing, though it’s not unexpected because we’ve been working on this for a very long time,” George exclaimed, highlighting the federation’s commitment to training athletes in mixed martial arts. He emphasized the importance of early preparation, noting that Nigerian athletes were well-equipped to excel in the demonstrations.
