Paul Mukairu continues to impress for Anderlecht, netting his second league goal of the season in a 2-0 win over Beerschot.
The 20-year-old forward scored Anderlecht’s second in the 71st. Lukas Nmecha had opened the scoring in the first half from the penalty spot.
Makairu, on loan from Antalyaspor of Turkey, has been in fine form for Anderlecht since joining. He has had a hand in 4 goals(2 goals, 2 assists) from 7 starts and 9 total appearances.
The result keeps Anderlecht in the fourth position in league standings with 38 points after 19 games.
Fellow Nigerian, Blessing Eleke was a second-half sub for Beerschot.
