The Nigeria Referees Association, NRA congratulates one of its products for the international scene, a FIFA referee, Abubakar Nurudeen of the Bauchi State Referees Council who has passed the medical and physical fitness tests to continue with the on going FIFA Young Referees Course organised by CAF in Cairo.
