Chidera Ejuke, the talented Nigerian forward, has completed a transfer to Belgian Jupiler Pro League champions Royal Antwerp.

The 25-year-old has joined the Reds on a season-long loan from Russian giants CSKA Moscow, as the club gears up for the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League.
Ejuke spent the previous season on loan with German side Hertha Berlin, where he featured in 21 competitive matches and provided three assists. Despite facing injury setbacks, Ejuke showcased his abilities on the field.
Antwerp’s acquisition of the Zaria-born star was made possible after the club received an exemption from FIFA, allowing the transfer to take place despite Ejuke’s previous activity in Russia.
In their official statement, Royal Antwerp confirmed Ejuke’s arrival, highlighting his versatility as an attacker who can play in various positions.
Prior to joining CSKA Moscow, Ejuke’s footballing journey included stints with Valerenga in Norway, Heerenveen in the Netherlands, and Hertha BSC in Germany.
Ejuke has already represented the Super Eagles of Nigeria on three occasions, making his debut against Tunisia in 2020.
