The female team of the Nigeria Army recorded a 3-0 victory over the Kada Emeralds on the day 4 of the Nigeria Volleyball Premier League in Abuja.
The NCS showed its class throughout the match winning the first, second and third set by 25-21, 25-11, 25-16.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corp (NSCDC) also recorded a 3-0 victory over the Delta Force despite cheers from the fans. The NIS won the first set 25-18, came out victorious in the second and third set by 25-10 and 25-22.
High flying Nigeria Customs Service ladies condemned a promising Nigeria Immigration by 3-0. The NCS won by 25-12, 25-13, 25-13.
In the male category, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) beat Kano Pillars 3-0 in a keenly contested match. NIS ran away with 27-25 victory in the first set, capitalised on the errors of Kano pillars in the second set winning 25-18 and escaped a scare to win the third set by 28-26 points.
In other matches, NSCDC beat Plateau Rocks 3-0 (25-23, ,25-21, 23-21), while Nigeria Customs won Nigeria Police 3-0(25-22, 25-14, 28-26).
