As the grassroots and youth development projects of Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) continue nationwide, the body’s president, Professor Adams Ukenya Yahaya says a budget to that effect will soon roll out.
Making this known in a chat with sports247.ng on Wednesday, Yahaya stated that the board has concluded that there will be annual budget to enable a smooth running of the project.
Yahaya said the cricket federation wants to make the best of the youth mobilization programme that was recently launched nationwide.
He added: “The programme is targeted at introducing the sport of cricket to secondary schools across the country.”
