Sequel to the notice of handing over a letter issued to the management of Niger Tornadoes FC Minna dated 25th May 2023 by the Niger State Ministry of Youth And Sports Development, Hon. Adamu Aliyu Mohammed on behalf of the Tornadoes Management Committee (TMC) has officially, today 30th May 2023 handed over the affairs of the team to the Ministry.

Hon. Adamu Aliyu, announcing his handing over, gave special gratitude to Almighty Allah and thanked the State Government, Entire Football Family for the opportunity to serve and successfully preserve the status of the team in the elite division during the just concluded 2022/2023 season.
In his message, Adamu Aliyu said “I must commend the players and entire Coaching Crew for their commitment and professional conduct. My special thanks to the Technical Adviser Coach Abubakar Bala Mohammed who I call a true Nigerlite and an unprecedented professional. The Tornadoes Management Committee (TMC), Supporters/Fans & SWAN, I say gratias.”
“My sincere gratitude to H E Alh. Abubakar Sani Bello for everything he had done particularly in the difficult moments of the club, I equally give thanks to the Niger State Football Association, Niger State Ministry Of Youth And Sports Development & Ministry Of Finance.
