A member of the newly inaugurated reform committee of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Abba Yola has promised that they will not disappoint the nation.
Yola said after the committee’s inauguration that all members of the panel will work tirelessly together, in order to meet up to expectations from the NFF and all soccer loving Nigerians.
He admitted that the task before them is enormous, but Yola stated further that their desire is to bring about lasting changes to Nigerian football.
The astute football administrator assured that he committee will come out with sound recommendations that will put the nation in sync with best practices across the world.
Yola concluded with a pledge that the committee members will do their very best to bring about changes in the way football is run in Nigeria.
He added: “First, I was moved by the humility demonstrated by the NFF President who said the NFF was not perfect.
“Another thing that touched me was his promise to implement the recommendations of the committee.
“So, we are assured that whatever we recommend would be implemented, “I can assure you that you have taken the right decision for setting up this committee.”
