The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has revealed the registration fees for clubs set to participate in the 2024 Federation Cup.
Men’s football teams will be required to pay N100,000, while women’s football clubs will pay N100,000 to enter the prestigious competition.
Clubs registering after the initial deadline will face late registration fees of N50,000 for men’s teams and N20,000 for women’s teams.
The NFF has made this announcement through a press statement to inform the football community.
The Federation Cup is one of Nigeria’s oldest and most esteemed football competitions. It provides a platform for clubs across the country to showcase their talents and compete for national glory.
This year, Bendel Insurance of Edo State emerged victorious in the FA Cup final, narrowly defeating 10-man Rangers International with a score of 1-0 at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State.
The winners of the Federation Cup are granted the opportunity to represent Nigeria in the 2024/25 CAF Confederation Cup.
This serves as an added incentive for clubs to participate and compete in the prestigious tournament, and the NFF’s announcement of registration fees for the 2024 edition sets the stage for another exciting and competitive season.
