The 1st vice president of the Nigeria Football Federation, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi becomes the latest recipient of the award for the charity sponsor year at prestigious Ahlan Cup preseason football tournament.
Now in its 3rd year, the Ahlan cup preseason tournament continues to recognise those charities that are innovative, exemplify best practice, and deliver sustainable benefit to communities and society in general and the Lagos state football association boss was the perfect choice for the 2019 award.
Akinwunmi’s life as a philanthropist is well documented. He has contributed in no small measure to various charities aimed at the development and improvement of children.
Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi is truly humanistic in giving, and still wants to give to football what it truly deserves.
