Following his team’s 4-1 loss to B-Bless FA in match Day One (1) of the ongoing “Game on” tournament, CollJenny FA attacker, Ndubuisi Ejiofor has blamed high sunny weather for his side’s lackadaisical loss to B-Bless FA on Thursday.
CollJenny FA lost 4-1 to B-Bless FA on Thursday in match Day One of the “Game On” tournament, which dashed their hopes of playing in the final of the competition, as they will now contest for the 3rd place awards on Friday.
Reacting after the game with Sports247, CollJenny attacker, Ndubuisi Ejiofor blames high sunny weather conditions for his team’s poor performance on Thursday, stating that they will come out better when they play the 3rd place match on Friday.
“We lost today because of the weather being too sunny, as most of the players got tired because of the sunny weather”.
“We are used to it though, but it’s just that today’s own was too much for the players, that’s why we lost. We will come out better in tomorrow’s match during the third-place game,” the forward admitted.
Ndubuisi Ejiofor stated that his target is to score goals as an attacker, as he aims to play in Europe in the future, with James Rodriguez of Everton in England, being the player he wants to be like.
