Team Oyo captains at the 7th National Youth Games, Ayodabo Tunmininu bethel (Male) and Olatunde Karimot Ajoke (Female) on Saturday urged their team-mates to stay focused, determined and take every opportunity at their hands to show how good they are when activities begin across games centers.

The duo were announced by the Acting General Manager of the Oyo State Sports Council, Mr Tunde Ajibike shortly after addressing the entire athletes after thier lunch break.
Speaking on behalf of the athletes, male captain of the contingent, Ayodabo Tunmininu bethel called for focus, determination and concentration especially at games centers. He urged his mates to take advantage of every opportunity during thier contest to win laurels.

In her short address, Olatunde Karimot Ajoke also charged all athletes to remain unperturbed and never underrate any opponents. She’s optimistic that the state athletes will perform better than the previous outings.
