The Nasarawa State Football Association under the leadership of Salisu Usman Galadima has provisionally suspended all the activities of the state’s Coaching Association.

In a letter signed and forwarded to the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) and the National body of the Nigeria Coaches Association by the FA Secretary, Ms. Blessing David, the move was necessitated by the fact that there has been a prolonged crisis and complaints from the local government chapter of the association while there are also issues arising from cases of irregularities.
The Nasarawa State Football Association also stated that the Coaching Association has not complied with the mandatory annual affiliation requirements.

“A five-man committee will be constituted by the Football Association so as to investigate and conduct fresh elections from the local to the state level, Ms. Blessing David revealed”.
She rounded up by saying that the fresh elections will be monitored to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in compliance with the standards and for the effective functioning of the affiliated body.
