NAFF Invites 16 Special Falcons Ahead Of 2024 WAFF Women’s World Cup

Nigeria Amputee Football Federation, NAFF, has invited sixteen players to camp ahead of the 2024 WAFF Women’s World Cup billed for Colombia.

In a release signed by Nonye Nwosu, the Secretary General of NAFF, the invited players are to arrive at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Wednesday 11, September 2024 to begin camping and continue their preparations for the maiden edition of the Women’s version of the Amputee World Cup.

The names of the successful players invited to the camp are Joy Luka, Anabelle Ayuba Paja, Ramatu Adah and Simi Daniel.

Others are Kyempia Yabe, Grace Samuel Glory John and Esther Lawrence

The rest are Asumpta Khalil, Tope Omotosho, Rose Clement, Tabitha Auta Ishaku, Patience Briston, Folake Oluwokere, Olajumoke Odedokun and Suliat Raheem.

The WAFF Women’s World Cup will take place in Barranoquilla Colombia from October 2nd to November 11, 2024 where Nigeria and the host, Colombia will be joined by ten other teams as Cameron, Haiti, Poland , Argentina, England , Liberia , Ukraine, Brazil, Ghana and USA battle for glory in the three weeks event.
