President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation Musa Nimrod has applauded the Nigeria Olympic Committee for staging a free, fair, credible and successful election which ushered in a couple of new executives.
The election took place at the government house Yola Adamawa state with former Nigeria Volleyball Federation president Habu Gumel returning as head of the committee with his position being unopposed.
The newly elected members will oversee Nigeria’s campaign to the Africa Games in Casablanca Morocco in 2019, The winter Olympics and Paralympics in Tokyo in 2020 and the Commowealth Games in 2022 to be staged in Birmingham, England.
Sports247.ng can reveal that Musa Nimrod in a chat congratulated the newly elected public relations officer Femi Adetula on his election and also congratulated the NOC for coordinating an election void of dispute. “Wonderful election.
