Mubarak Ahmed Mekiota and Great Young has put pen to paper for KG Sports Academy U16 ahead of the Ika Grassroots U16 Tournament.
Mubarak 16 who plays from the Wing Back Graduated from Federal Government College Ogbomoso and made the long trip from Ibadan to Agbor on Friday before signing the dotted lines after arriving the KG Sports Academy Camp at Agbor Obi.
Great Young 16 is a 6ft4 Goalkeeper also graduated from Emuhun Secondary School. He was scouted after featuring in the recently concluded principal Cup and has been on trials with the Pride of Agbor since October.
Director of KG Sports Academy praised both players and believes they will go far haven taken the right step to their football Development.
“I am pleased to sign up these two players at such Young age. They just graduated from high school and has decided to take football as their careers so KG Sports Academy will help nurture them to the right direction” Dr Ken Gadaffi Stated.
Meanwhile the duo will make their debut for the Academy in the Ika Grassroots U16 Tournament due to kick off on 15th December with 4 teams taking part.
KG Sports Academy, Divine Football Academy, Ultimate Stars Academy and Akumazi Academy.
