The much-awaited MS Success Football Club of open trials would commence on 28 November and conclude on 5 December at Eko Boys high school, Mushin, Lagos.
The chairman of the club, Musbau Oseni in a press statement said all arrangements have been concluded to commence the trials to select the players that would feature for the club in the future assignment.
Oseni who doubles as chief coach of the club revealed that he is expecting no fewer than 300 players within and outside Lagos to take part in the open trials that would be monitored by the financier of the club, Mr. Yusuf Ayinla, Chief Executive Officer Of Kunyila Nigeria Limited and other coaching crew.
“Many players have shown interest in our open trials and I am happy to say that there are many parents and guardians who have called us and said they want to bring their wards when the trials begin.
“We have not started but we have received many interested players who want to take part in the trials. I am expecting 300 players from U-13, 15, 17, and free age so that the best would be selected for the club at the end of the day,” he said.
Oseni said the club is waxing stronger on daily basis noted that the tournament they featured in Ede, Osun State recently was a good outing.
He said the club had engaged in series of friendly matches played noted that he is satisfied with the outcome of the team’s performance.
“We are like a family in the club and that is why we are doing well at the recent competition we played in Ede and some friendly matches we played recently. With this open trial, I think the good players would be selected that would make the club formidable not only in Mushin but Lagos as a whole,” the statement said.
