Head Coach of Warri Wolves Fc, Jolomi Atune has emphasized that players and management motivation is paramount if Warri wolves Fc will return back to the elite league.
The new coach of the Delta state based club who has being in the coaching crew of the different category of the Nigeria Nation teams as assistant coach (Under 14-20) said his target is to recruit the best players that can prosecute the job for him without sentimental and also the support of the club fans.
Atune who left 2021 Nigeria football professional league,NPFL, champions, Akwa United to Head Warri Wolves said the terrine is not new to him as he was former assistant Coach in the glory days of the Seasiders to Paul Aigbogun in the 2015/16 season before Warri Wolves represent Nigeria in the CAF Champions league in 2016 under Amaju Pinnick.
“I am not new here because I have worked here and grew up here”.
“Our target is returning Warri wolves Fc back to the NPFL where it belongs”.
“Warri wolves is a sellable brand that need the best players to compete in the league ahead of other clubs”.
“We must have the right players, right structure and juicy motivation that bring the joy to do what we do best”.
However, the Chairman of Delta state sports Commission, Chief Tonobok Okowa recently appointed Neville Bekederemo who was once chairman of Warri wolves in 2016 after he relieved Moses Etu for unable to return Wolves back to the NPFL for the second season from the Nigeria National League,NNL, where Bayelsa United secured the 2022 promotional ticket to the NPFL.
