Moses Simon Inspires Nantes To Huge Ligue 1 Win Over Brest

An inspired Moses Simon led FC Nantes to a big Ligue 1 road win over Stade Brestois, Sports247 reports.

The Nigerian winger scored one and assisted another as the Canaries defeated Brest 4-1 to move within four points off safety with three games left.

Moses tapped home into an empty net from a rebound after 15 minutes of play to give Nantes an early lead. The goal was his sixth in Ligue 1 this season.

Ludovic Blas doubled Nantes lead later in the first half before Moses teed up Imran Louza to make it 3-0 in the second half.

Kalifa Coulibaly converted from the spot in the 62nd to put the game to bed.

Romain Faivre scored a late consolation goal for the home side in a disappointing afternoon for them.
