Mixed Martial Arts, heavyweight champions, Francis Ngannou was in Abeokuta to visit former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Sports247 reports.
The Cameronian posted on his Instagram page on Monday, revealing he met with the former number one citizen at his country home in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.

The post was accompanied with the photograph of the two of them at the home office of Olusegun Obasanjo.
Francis Ngannou posted reads thus: “It was an honour meeting the legendary former Nigerian president, H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, yesterday at his home office in Abeokuta. It was great receiving some words of wisdom from the legend,” .
Ngannou, a Cameroonian-French, was seen in Lagos over the weekend celebrating the New year with some Nigerian celebrities and musicians.
He was pictured hanging out with Burma Boy and close pal Kamaru Usman, a former UFC welterweight champion.
He is the current world heavy weight champion of Professional Fighters League after beating Brazil’s Ricardo Fereira over three months ago.
He famously dumped the UFC and abandoned his World heavyweight title after a pay dispute with the UFC.
Francis Ngannou lost to Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua when he made a foray into a professional boxing, his only two bouts as a professional boxer so far.
