The minister of youths and sports development, Sunday Dare has saluted Governor Sanwo’s effort over his decision to feed youths at such a seemingly difficult time as this.
This pronouncement comes after a series of reported criminous cases of gang rape, armed robbery carried out by youths in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic which has forced everyone into lockdown.
In his Twitter handle, Dare appreciated, “A shout out to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State on the plan to feed 100,000 youth across the 57 LGAs”.
“A smart move by a smart leader in an unusual time. Our youth remains a target group in need of support at a time like this”, the post read.
Sunday Dare further urged other governors to emulate this act in other to make youths responsible for themselves and also to the society where they live in.
