Former Chelsea Midfielder, Mikel Obi, has joined the train of philanthropic givers as he distributes crate of eggs to the less privileged in Nigeria, close to his farm as palliatives in wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
He posted a picture on his Instagram account showing a member of his team handling out the crate of egg to the less privileged as a palliative captioned, “helping people to survive in these difficult times”.
“My team distributed 1800 cases of fresh egg to some of the poorest in Nigeria area close to the farm. Let us try and help one another in this global crisis in anyway possible”, he encouraged.
The Former Super Eagles Captain who celebrated his 33rd birthday on Wednesday is currently without a club since his mutual termination with Turkish giants, Trabzonspor.
