Tony Ogharanduku is no minnow when it comes to coaching on the local scene, and the former footballer will now bring his wealth of experience to help develop our kids going forward.
Before delving into coaching, Ogaranduku was a very versatile midfielder who donned the jerseys of Plateau United, Wikki Tourist, Heartland Fc, and Mighty Jet Football Club of Jos, while also playing for over fifteen years.
After retiring from playing, Ogharanduku started his coaching career with the now obsolete JC Raiders of Jos before going on to coach Mighty Jet. He also had a brief stint as the Technical Adviser of Giwa FC of Jos.
Not surprisingly, Ogharanduku has a fantastic relationship with our owner Emmanuel Adukwu, whom he coached during the now-defunct bankers league.
Ogaranduku’s dedication to improvement, versatility, and reading of the game was exemplary, and those assets bode well as he begins life in charge of an elite football academy in Nigeria.
