Representing the University of Nevada, Dogoyaro’s leap not only earned her a third-place podium finish but also secured her spot as the second-best performer in the event in the school’s history.

The sophomore’s remarkable jump was just eight centimeters shy of the long-standing school record of 13.35m, a benchmark she now has firmly in her sights as the outdoor season progresses.

Dogoyaro’s progression has been nothing short of impressive. Her performance in Stanford marks a significant improvement and signals her growing presence in collegiate athletics.

With her latest mark, she takes off the board in style and continues to raise the bar for herself and the Nevada track and field program.

“I’m proud of the mark, but I know there’s more to come,” Dogoyaro said after the event. “That school record is definitely within reach, and I’m going to keep pushing.”

As she climbs the ranks in NCAA competition, Dogoyaro is not just making waves for Nevada, but also representing Nigeria with pride on the international stage.

Track and field enthusiasts and coaches alike will now be keeping a close eye on the talented jumper as she aims to rewrite the record books in the coming meets.
