In a thrilling finale, Mazolla FC emerged victorious in the maiden edition of the Pepperest Travel and Tour Under 17 tournament, defeating Barracks FC 4-3 in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
The match was held at the Ekpan Police Barracks Sports Complex.

Top Stars FC secured third place with a 2-0 win over Joetia Academy. Delta State Football Association Chairman, Hon. Godwin Adode, praised the sole sponsor, Mr. Dafe Ohwofachor, based in South Africa, for his efforts to give back to his community through sports. Adode also commended the Local Organizing Committee, led by Mr. Victor Odaire, for a well-organized event.
Adode expressed his commitment to supporting the tournament, stating, “I have to dedicate my time to support him because his effort deserves encouragement.” He added, “Delta FA is fully in support of this event, and we hope to make the next edition bigger.”
