Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) makes a trip out of Ogun State for the first time since the commencement of the 2019/20 Nigeria National League (NNL) season as visitors to Bayelsa United FC.
The match day four (4) fixture between host, Bayelsa United FC and Remo Stars FC will take place at the Samson Siasia Stadium on Sunday, 15th of December 2019.
The Sky Blue Stars look disappointed with their last game after they couldn’t fashion out a win in front of their supporters at the Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu.
They will set their gaze on picking at least a point on the road to restore their hopes of returning to the top of Nigeria Football and also to maintain their unbeaten run this season.
Bayelsa United FC suffered a 2-0 loss to Vandrezzer FC at Ikot Ekepene in the match day three (3) of the NNL after second half goals from Ekerete Udom and Sampson Hussaini saw them go down to a newly founded side.
Coming into the match day four fixtures with a defeat, Bayelsa United will attempt to do everything possible to return to winning ways, and the Sky Blue Stars will try to cover up for their drab game over the weekend against J. Atete FC.
A win for Bayelsa United will take them from 9th on the table to the top four and a win for Remo Stars who are currently on third position to the top spot on Group B2 of the Nigeria National League (NNL).
