Former track queen, Mary Onyali has hinted for a proper well welfare preparation for the athletes that will partake at the forth coming all African games in Rabat Morocco.
In a chat with Sports247, Onyali said the Abidjan outing of the Junior athletes wasn’t encouraging to motivate them for medals but with the resilient typical Nigerian way, the athletes had to manage to win some medals that made them to come third in the competition.
Speaking further, the former sprinter admonished the Federations to take proper care of the athletes welfare that will want to do Nigeria proud at the forth coming All African games in Rabat Morocco.
“Morrocco is not far from here we need to do what we ought to do to get this athletes prepared for the competition fast, i’m appealing on who ever is responsible to do the needful to enable this athletes represent the country well at the All African Games in morrocco “she concluded.
