Nigeria Amputee Football Federation President Paul Maduakor has joined the rest of the world to pay tribute to the passing away of one of football greats in Pele.
After Pele died at the age of 82 on Thursday, the whole world is mourning the great football icon who has done so much and contributed massively to the round leather game.
As the world keeps celebrating his exploits and feat while also mourning the iconic legend demise, President of Nigeria Amputee Football Federation, Paul Maduakor has also joined the world to send condolences to his family.
“Pele should not be mourned but celebrated because this man has lived a wonderful life. As a young boy growing, Pele is one of many that made me love the game of football.”
“I followed him closely and finding myself even in the business of sports all boiled down to him. There are a lot of things that he has achieve in the world of football that I don’t see anybody coming close let alone repeat them,” Maduakor revealed.
“Nothing has been achieved in football by any other person that Pele has not achieved before now. He lives on and his legacy can never die. We mourn with Brazilians and the rest of the world.”
“Just like our bible says that we should not mourn like the unbelievers because we know that the great legend Pele lives on,” he consoled.
