The athletes representative of the Nigeria Shooting Federation (NSF), Warrant Officer Abdul Madu has come to the defense of the Federation President.
The Brigadier General Lonsdale Adeoye led NSF board has been accused of not having enough programs to develop the Shooting game in Nigeria.
“Those athletes accusing Brigadier General Lonsdale Adeoye of not doing enough as the Federation President are not real athletes of the game,” Madu told Sports247.ng.
“It’s easy to criticise, that’s the major issue we are facing in this part of the world.
“Competitions are not just organized like that as processes must be followed including funding from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.”
“The Brigadier General Lonsdale Adeoye led NSF board has done well and should be commended. There is room for improvements.”
