Former Youth International, Loveday Omoruyi, has voiced his confidence in Coach Ladan Bosso and the Flying Eagles’ ability to clinch the gold medal at the ongoing African Games in Ghana.
Omoruyi expressed his belief that despite the challenges, the Flying Eagles have the potential to emerge victorious in the tournament. He emphasized the importance of building momentum from their recent victory against South Sudan.
“In every tournament, sometimes the first game, the second game is always difficult, so the good teams are the ones they will build on that, so I still have hope. I have more hope for the junior team than the senior team,” Omoruyi remarked.
His endorsement reflects optimism in the team’s resilience and capability to overcome obstacles on their path to success, reinforcing their determination to pursue gold at the African Games.
