Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi has resumed preparations ahead of the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season today, Monday 24th July 2023.
The Makurdi-based side after a one-week official break embarked upon to enable officials and players visit their loved ones after returning from the Naija Super 8 tournament in Lagos will later this evening begins adequate training at their training ground, McCarthy Stadium, Wadata, Makurdi Benue State.
In another development, Lobi Stars Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dominic Iorfa among others will be Inaugurated tomorrow, 25th July 2023 to serve a two-year term as Board Member of the League body, NPL.
The ex-international was constituted into the new Board of the NPL last week by the President of the, NFF Ibrahim Gusau.
