Akwa United of Uyo midfielder, Ifeanyi Ifeanyi has thrown his weight behind the Super Eagles to beat Libya in this weekend’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, as he says the visitors will fall during the game in Uyo.
Ifeanyi, who is a former youth international and home-based Eagles star, said in an interview with sports247.ng that he is certain of victory for Nigeria on Saturday, because of the quality of players invited for the tie.
Ifeanyi declared: “I am sure of the quality of the players that were invited for Saturday’s match.
“I am sure that the players can defeat the Libyans in Uyo on Saturday. I do not harbour any fear of a shock at home for us.
“I am sure we will overcome the Libyans; because the Super Eagles have the needed talents and strength to defeat them.”
