Popular Nigerian music producer, Olumide Ogunade, also known as ID Cabasa has huge all old and current boys of St. Finbarr’s college to stand for Samson Siasia in this tough time of his.
The household name in the Nigerian music industry made this known in an interactive session of the SFCOBA 94set with Nduka Ugbade on their whatsapp forum, stating that it is only proper to stand for one another, ‘he is our senior because he also finished from Finbarrs’
It could be recalled that On 16 August 2019, the world football governing body, FIFA banned Siasia from the game of football for life, following a match-fixing investigation.
At club level, Siasia most notably played for FC Nantes where he became league champion in 1994/95. He also played for Australian club Perth Glory as well as in Belgium, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
The boss of Coded Tunes Productions has also called on the school to have it in their calendar to celebrate well meaning Nigerians who as at one pointier the other has passed through the school.
He also said that there are many old students of St. Finbarr’s college out there who have done well in the society, served Nigeria in large capacity and are worthy of praise.
