Leo Football Academy are good to feature in next year’s Winners Golden Bet Lagos State Challenge Cup.
This was the submission of the club founder Wewe Ademola Yemi while chatting with our correspondent at the recent Birthday event of Barrister Seyi Akiwunmi who is a vice president of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.
Yemi said having watched this year’s Lagos FA Cup, the time has come for his team to feature in the next edition of the competition.
He said this year’s Lagos FA Cup was quite impressive in terms of organization, officiating and standard of play by the participating teams boasted that he has a team that can shock big teams in the next year’s FA Cup.
“We are planning to feature for the Lagos FA Cup next year as a first-timer. I watched some teams in this year’s Lagos FA Cup and I am convinced that my coaching crew and boys can perform wonders in the next edition,” he boasts.
Aside from Lagos FA Cup, Leo Academy are planning 2022 with some competitions such as Academic Junior League, Porch League, Olori Afusi Gold Cup, and Wasimi Soccer Championship, and a host of others.
