Chairman of Ikeja Division Football Association Council, Evangelist Rafiu Alabi Taiwo has tipped the elder brother of Joseph Dosu, David Dosu to become the chairman of the Lagos State Football Coaches Association.
Evangelist Taiwo, who has worked with the 3 contenders (Dosu, Hassan, and Moses) looking to become the chairman of the Lagos State Football Coaches Association, tipped David Dosu to become the leader and winner of the polls, come 30th of September.
In an exclusive interview with the evangelist, when being asked to pick for the Lagos State Football Coaches Association Chairmanship Elections and who was going to lead our Grassroot coaches to the promised land, Taiwo favored the former Flying Eagles and Go round FC player, David Dosu, to become the chairman, ahead of the rest, stating that he has the potentials and qualities of becoming a great leader.
“I know the 3 of them. But if I were to pick, I would prefer David Dosu, not because he is from Ikeja, but because he has the potentials to become a great chairman. He is humble, hardworking and has played the game”.
“Presently, he is the leader of the Ikeja Coaches Association Council. I can vouch for him as the chairman. He has the quality to lead. What he did in Ikeja would tell you a lot about him, how he created offices for most councils in Ikeja. All this was during his tenure. I believe, if he attains the office, there would be a lot of changes in the Lagos State Football Coaches Association. His relationships with other coaches and divisional FAs are extremely cordial. There are no quarrels, misunderstandings amongst the divisions, everyone is cooperating because we have a good leader. So to me, he is going to lead very well. He has my full support”, the Evangelist admitted.
The elections come up on the 30th of September, 2021, as all the contenders aim to amass the throne of leadership in the Lagos State football Coaches Association.
