The Lagos state NAPHER-SD Conference is back for its 7th annual event, and it is taking place from June 6th to 9th at the Sports Bar of the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos.
This year’s conference has a theme of ‘Catalyzing Lagos State Sustainable Development Dynamics Through School Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sports And Dance’ and promises to bring together members from all local government areas of the state.
The conference will feature keynote speeches from two distinguished professors, Prof. R. Abiodun Morounfolu from the Lagos State University and Prof. Pat O. Oyeniyi from Ekiti State University.
In addition, other scholars will present their research and findings, and awards will be presented to deserving members.
For those interested in the association’s leadership, the AGM and Congress to elect new executive members will be held on June 8th. The conference committee has been working hard to encourage attendance from stakeholders across the state, and the chairman has issued a statement urging members to attend this important event.
The association’s Head of Media and Publicity, Kehinde Lamidi, signed the release, which also noted that the conference committee had earlier visited some prominent stakeholders in the state to sensitize and mobilize members for the conference.
If you’re interested in learning more about school health, physical education, recreation, sports, and dance, and how they can help catalyze sustainable development in Lagos State, then this conference is not to be missed!
