In order to prepare themselves for future challenges, Star Bombers Coach, Ibrahim Shitta has warned their opponents, Samba Boys to prepare for a tough game when both teams clash in a friendly match scheduled for October 2, Sunday in Lagos State.
The much anticipated friendly game would hold by 11 am at the Opebi Primary School, Onigbongbo, Allen, Avenue, Lagos.
Shitta who is preparing the team for the tough friendly game is talking tough and expressed confidence that his boys would come out victorious against their opponents.
“Of course, we have started preparation already and my boys are in high spirits ahead of the encounter. We are going for a win and anything short of that would not be accepted by the club management and fans,” he said.
Shitta added that the club only trains on Sunday and boasted that his players are fit and strong when they play against any team.
“We do practice every Sunday because most of my players are working class. Despite the Sunday training, my players are fit and ready to confront any team in Lagos either professional or amateur clubs,” he boasts.
He however charged the team led by captain, Chijioke to raise their game on Sunday and play to coach instructions.
He said it would be a huge disappointment if his team lose to their opponents in Sunday’s friendly match.
