“I was firstly afraid. I just maintained my lane. It took a lot of speed, and I came out first,” Simeon shared about his experience. He also noted the competitive spirit in the air, with one competitor seemingly envious of his speed. “One was even envying me, like. Like I’m faster than him, so I just ignored him,” he said.
Simeon’s victory has taught him valuable lessons that he wishes to share with other aspiring athletes. “Just maintain your lane and have in mind that if you want to achieve something, just feel strong. Don’t underrate yourself,” he advised.
In terms of future ambitions, Simon Simeon revealed his passion for football. “I like football, actually. In football, I’m also a fast player, so that’s why I can run very fast on the pitch,” he said. His role model in football is Erling Haaland, a testament to his admiration for speed and skill.
